China Says Empowering Women Must Be a Priority for the World

China's deputy head of the National Working Committee on Children and Women shared her experience at the UN's annual meeting focusing on women's issues.
Huang Xiaowei said Beijing has managed to "develop strategies and measures to eliminate gender gaps at all levels of education," and it's something other developing countries can learn from.
